By creating a brand, you can upload your logo, add your brand colors, write brand descriptions, and connect your ad accounts. This allows our machine-learning model to tailor your creative designs and performance predictions specifically to your brand, ensuring the highest quality output.
Refunds are not available if: The service was used during your subscription The request is made outside the eligible refund timeframes Your account has been deactivated or deleted The request is for unused or expired credits.
Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.
