When are refunds not possible?

Refunds are not available if: The service was used during your subscription The request is made outside the eligible refund timeframes Your account has been deactivated or deleted The request is for unused or expired credits.

Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 weeks after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. We cannot cover any additional charges from your bank, such as processing fees or currency exchange differences.

Important: Your 7-day trial automatically converts into your selected subscription plan unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

Common Situations & Refund Eligibility

The Zero-Use Rule: Refunds are strictly granted only if zero (0) credits have been consumed from your paid subscription plan and the request is made within 7 days of the charge.

Forgot to cancel: If you have already utilized credits from your paid quota, the service is considered rendered, and a refund will not be possible. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

Billing Errors: For duplicate charges, please access your invoice under "Manage Billing" and contact us immediately for investigation.

How to Avoid Unwanted Renewals

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel via your account dashboard:

  • Annual Plans: Cancel before the anniversary date of your initial purchase.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
